The last tip is to avoid eating late at night. Going to bed just after eating is not the best idea. When you sleep your metabolism slows down so you are not burning the food you just consumed. Guess where it goes! The shortest time between your last meal and the time you go to sleep should be 3 hours to give your body time to digest the food.
